* net/tramp.el (tramp-handle-shell-command): Don't use hard-wired
"/bin/sh" but `tramp-remote-sh' from `tramp-methods'.
(tramp-find-shell): Simplify setting connection property.
(tramp-get-ls-command): Make test for "--color=never" stronger.
